SWCG Letter

The "SWCG LETTER" is a quarterly newsletter addressing the role and function of the Social Service Department in the long-term care facility. There is a strong focus on OBRA compliance and topics often include: therapeutic group intervention, interviewing and assessment skills, counseling skills, behavior management, discharge planning, quality assurance, care plan intervention, management skills and much more.
